The 56 criteria of the Saudi Platforms Code

Compliance with the Platforms Code is measured against 56 criteria, grouped into foundations, templates, components and experience, which resolve into 127 checkpoints. The titles below are the Digital Government Authority’s own English titles, taken from the published benchmark rather than translated by us. 48 of the 56 are classified as machine-measurable.

A note on the links below

Each row links to that criterion’s own English page: what it requires, how XFix measures it, which of the five measurement classes it falls into, and the criteria it connects to. The checkpoints beneath each criterion are being written in English group by group; where a page’s are not written yet, it says so and links the Arabic page that carries them in full.

Why some criteria show no checkpoints

Fourteen of the 56 publish no sub-points in the benchmark, so the text of the criterion itself is the reference when judging them. That is a fact about the benchmark rather than a gap in this index. Four of those fourteen — the secondary components — are nonetheless graded by automated tooling against the component property set, and their reference pages disclose exactly what is being measured instead of going quiet about it.

The limits of this tool

XFix is an independent commercial tool. It is not part of the Digital Government Authority, is not endorsed by it, and does not act on its behalf. What it produces is an indicative estimate expressed as a range. It is not the Platforms Code Application Certificate and not a declaration of conformity. The certificate is issued by the Authority alone, and the Authority’s assessment remains the reference.

Its usefulness is in showing the gap early and with evidence. It does not stand in for the body that decides.
