The interface must behave predictably: the same element does the same thing everywhere, and nothing surprises the user with a result they did not ask for. A human judgement, reported and not scored.
It is one of the secondary criteria in the secondary experience group of the Saudi Platforms Code, issued by the Digital Government Authority.
